The Senior Manager, Digital UX Design Storytelling Writer creates simple, easy-to-understand, and contextually relevant digital presentation narrative to describe user experiences for digital products and applications by managing client communications, creating narrative for storyboards and animatics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce presentation slide, graphics, videos, and other digital storytelling narratives that meet client needs. Ensures simplified comprehension of complex concepts, adheres to narrative and design principles, and continuously iterates and improves narrative based on client feedback.

What you will do:

·       Leads cross-functional teams to define and execute UX narrative storytelling strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

·       Works with teams executing user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions for digital product narrative storytelling.

·       Creates story maps, draft copy, and works with designers on storyboards and animatics to communicate narrative design and storytelling concepts.

·       Checks with product managers and developers to ensure that UX narrative storytelling is implemented accurately and meet the desired user experience.

·       Acts as a top-level specialist in the UX narrative storytelling process, from concept to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

·       Consults on competitive analysis and stays updated on industry trends to inform the evolution of UX narrative storytelling strategies.

·       Communicates regularly with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that business objectives are translated into effective UX narrative storytelling solutions.

·       Coordinates narrative storytelling workshops and ideation sessions that focus on the generation of innovative solutions and promote creativity within the team.

·       Coaches a team of UX narrative storytellers, providing direction and guidance to facilitate the creation of intuitive and user-centered narrative storytelling experiences.

Minimum requirements:

·       7+ years digital work experience

·       Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

·       Adept at collaboration and teamwork

·       Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

·       Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

·       Adept at business intelligence

Education

·       Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $213,210.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
