工作职责
1. 端到端数字化项目管理，确保项目顺利推进、各阶段按时交付；
2. 完成需求调研、产品设计、变革管理等相关工作，推动数字化产品有效落地并实现既定目标；
3. 完成内容运营相关的数据分析工作及AI分析Agent的搭建与运营，提出基于数据的优化建议，提升数字化内容运营成效；
4. 参与管理层汇报材料的策划与制作，系统梳理项目进展及数据表现，支撑管理层决策。
任职资格
【工作经验】
- 拥有5年以上数字化产品开发相关的项目管理及产品落地经验
- 具备管理咨询、数字化咨询背景
- 有医药行业数字化项目、内容建设或运营相关经验者优先
- 熟悉医药营销从市场策略到落地的方法论
- 熟悉AIGC、DAM、CMS等前沿数字内容管理工具和平台
【能力要求】
- 具备优秀的语言表达及方案呈现能力，能够在复杂场景下理清思路并高效沟通
- PMP, SCRUM, AGILE证书持有者优先
- 拥有CS世界Top100大学学士及以上学历，具备良好的专业素养和学习能力
- 可胜任全英文工作环境，具备流利的英语口语与书面表达能力

Skills Required
- 5+ years digital product development project management and product implementation experience
- Background in management consulting or digital consulting
- Experience with pharmaceutical digital projects, content construction or operations
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing methodology from strategy to execution
- Familiarity with AIGC, DAM, CMS and related digital content management tools and platforms
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills; effective communication in complex scenarios
- PMP, Scrum, Agile certifications
- Bachelor's degree or above from a top 100 CS world university
- Able to work in a fully English environment; fluent spoken and written English
