We’re looking for a strategic and operationally minded leader to drive excellence across Cochlear’s digital marketing ecosystem. This role is central to orchestrating digital operations, ensuring seamless execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans, and enabling high-performing, integrated marketing programs across global teams.

As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Operations lead, you will partner closely with Digital Experience, Production, and Channel teams to optimize workflows, enhance team agility, and deliver measurable business impact. You’ll oversee the planning and governance of digital ceremonies, business unit reviews (BURs), and showcases—ensuring operational clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement.

About You

You are a digital operations specialist with a strategic mindset and a passion for enabling high-performing teams. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and bring a structured yet agile approach to campaign planning, team coordination, and performance tracking. You’re a natural collaborator who connects strategy to execution and drives operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational planning and execution for global GTM initiatives and product launches.
  • Drive alignment across digital marketing functions through structured workflows and governance.
  • Own and optimize digital team operations including ceremonies, BURs, and showcases.
  • Support the Director, Digital Marketing in executing the global digital strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate business goals into actionable digital initiatives and lead business case development.
  • Champion innovation in digital operations, piloting new tools and processes to improve speed-to-market and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing operations or strategy.
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary digital teams and workflows.
  • Strong background in campaign planning, performance tracking, and operational governance.
  • Experience leading transformation projects and implementing scalable processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with digital ceremonies, agile marketing practices, and performance frameworks

Desired Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of AI readiness and digital innovation practices.
  • Expertise in demand generation, content operations, and omni-channel execution.
  • Skilled in balancing global consistency with regional execution.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience design.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics.
