The Senior Manager Digital Experience & Website (m/f/d) is responsible for managing and continuously developing Rentschler Biopharma’s global website and digital experience in alignment with the global marketing and communications strategy.

The role combines strategic thinking, digital expertise and strong content and design understanding to support digital visibility and user engagement.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role supports the continuous evolution of Rentschler Biopharma’s digital ecosystem, ensuring a scalable, user-focused and commercially effective web presence.



Tasks and responsibilities

Website Strategy & Digital Experience

  • Hands-on management and continuous development of the corporate website and digital experience in line with business priorities
  • Defining and coordinating website improvements, user journeys and digital experience enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Managing external agencies and technical partners, as relevant

Digital Visibility & Optimization

  • Supporting digital discoverability and performance through SEO, AEO/GEO and website optimization activities
  • Supporting lead generation and conversion optimization through landing pages, forms and digital performance improvements
  • Monitoring website performance and relevant KPIs to derive optimization measures

Content, Design & Campaign Integration

  • Coordinating implementation of website content, campaigns and digital initiatives
  • Ensuring consistency of digital touchpoints aligned with brand standards, user experience principles and corporate messaging
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and scalability of the digital ecosystem and website platform

Platform Governance & Operations

  • Contributing hands-on to website configurations, CMS implementations and digital optimizations where appropriate
  • Coordinating technical updates, testing, releases and operational website activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting website governance, quality assurance and content lifecycle management
  • Contributing to the longer-term development and scalability of the website and digital ecosystem

 What is important to us
  • University degree in digital marketing, communications, media, design, business or a related field
  • Multiple years of professional experience in website management, digital experience, digital marketing or related digital roles in an international B2B environment, ideally within biotech, pharmaceutical or CDMO industries
  • Strong technical understanding of website platforms, CMS environments and digital ecosystems, including the ability to independently manage or implement selected website configurations, integrations and optimizations
  • Proven experience managing complex website projects and coordinating cross-functional digital initiatives
  • Strong understanding of user experience, content structures, website optimization and digital discoverability principles (SEO, AEO/GEO)
  • Experience managing website-related integrations, forms, tracking and digital lead-generation processes in collaboration with CRM and analytics stakeholders
  • Strong sense for content quality, visual consistency and effective digital presentation of complex topics
  • Analytical and structured working style with the ability to derive optimization measures based on performance insights and user behavior
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, scientific, technical and marketing functions
  • Excellent English and German communication skills
  • High level of ownership, reliability and quality orientation

Skills Required
