As part of Magna International, Magna Energy Storage Systems Group develops and manufactures innovative fuel tank systems and components for heavy-duty trucks and passenger cars, specializing in plug-in hybrids. Job Responsibilities:

- Planung, Analyse und Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Montageprozessen inklusive Zeitaufnahmen sowie Kapazitäts- und Personalbedarfsplanung
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Standards, Checklisten sowie Prüf- und Prozessvorgaben
- Moderation von P-FMEAs sowie Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen aus Audits, Reklamationen und internen Abweichungen
- Planung, Beschaffung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Betriebsmitteln
- Mitgestaltung ergonomischer Arbeitsplätze und effizienter Fertigungsabläufe
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung produktionsrelevanter Stammdaten im SAP
- Leitung und Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Optimierungsprojekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität, Instandhaltung, Logistik und Prozesstechnik
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prozess- oder Fertigungsplanung bzw. im Manufacturing Engineering oder Produktionsumfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit Lean-Methoden, standardisierter Arbeit und Zeitwirtschaft (REFA/MTM)
- Erfahrung in P-FMEA-Moderation sowie in der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Routine im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office; CAD-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, Betriebsmittel, Ergonomie und Arbeitssicherheit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Skills Required
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training; ideally further training to technician/master or degree in industrial engineering, production engineering or similar
- Several years' experience in process or production planning, manufacturing engineering or production environment
- Proficient with Lean methods, standardized work and time engineering (REFA/MTM)
- Experience moderating P-FMEA and implementing improvement measures
- Routine use of SAP and MS Office
- CAD knowledge
- Understanding of production processes, equipment, ergonomics and occupational safety
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and structured working style
