At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. At our Endoscopy Division, you’ll shape digital marketing strategy to connect healthcare professionals with innovative technology. The Senior Manager will lead the Digital Marketing vertical supporting the Endoscopy Division.

The Senior Manager, Digital Communications, is responsible for developing and advancing digital marketing initiatives to meet business objectives. This role will drive innovation, champion data-driven strategies, and maximize the effectiveness of digital marketing channels and content to engage key audiences, increase brand awareness, and fuel demand generation.

This is a remote position within the US, however, there is a preference for candidates located in Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, or Phoenix, AZ

What you will do

Digital marketing leadership

  • Develop and implement a clear digital marketing strategy for the Endoscopy Division to support business objectives.

  • Accountable for how digital marketing drives revenue, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Lead the execution of digital marketing strategies in partnership with key stakeholders

  • Serve as Endoscopy Division liaison for internal and external digital marketing initiatives, programs and projects, and support key enterprise technology adoption

  • Maintain a high degree of self-motivation and generate fresh ideas. Keep current with and ahead of digital marketing trends, tactics, and strategies to inform future recommendations to improve customer engagement.

  • Act as brand steward, ensuring all work complies with brand, legal and regulatory guidelines, and upholds communication strategy.

Customer-centric campaign innovation and optimization

  • Consult on platform, channel, and budget strategy to achieve objectives of marketing communications campaigns.

  • Recommend campaign optimization strategies throughout campaigns to drive increased performance (engagement, lead generation and measurable business outcomes).

  • Champion innovation in campaign strategy and tactics, including advanced targeting, AI-driven personalization and emerging platforms.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of diverse customer audiences and digital channels to inform content delivery and engagement strategies.

  • Enhance customer engagement through personalized digital experiences that support brand awareness and progression through marketing funnel.

  • Share best practices as the division’s digital expert and teach foundational and advanced topics as needed to drive expertise within the division.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Embrace and develop collaborative relationships working alongside key stakeholders, groups, including corporate functions, cross-divisional groups, and external partners in a highly collaborative, global environment.

  • Build strong internal relationships and support enterprise change initiatives, communication plans, and technology adoption.

  • Serve as a key contributor to develop and drive the company-wide technology roadmap to best support marketing and sales functions.

  • Proactively look for opportunities for collaboration within and across businesses/divisions.

  • Manage external digital marketing consultants and vendors as needed.

  • Design, improve, and scale end-to-end digital marketing processes across teams.

Measurement and reporting

  • Develop and implement robust digital effectiveness metrics and reporting frameworks.

  • Regularly assess campaign and channel performance, using data to drive strategic decision-making and communicate insights to senior leadership.

  • Create a climate in which measurement of effectiveness and optimization is a standard practice.

Team leadership and development

  • Hire, onboard, lead and inspire a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals.

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and innovative team culture that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and calculated experimentation.

What you need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a focus in digital marketing or marketing communications preferred.

  • 10+ years of work experience.

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing.

  • 1+ years of experience managing a team.

  • Expertise in digital platforms, tools, and technologies, including CMS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, SEO/SEM, Google Ads and analytics platforms.

  • Strong quantitative analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred

  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience or other highly regulated industries.

  • Experience communicating business needs and articulate those needs in a strategy and plan.

  • Cross-functional project management and collaboration skills across multiple teams and levels.

  • Problem solver with creative approach to proactive identification and resolution of issues

  • Self-starter and self-navigator who can prioritize high-value projects versus tasks in a fast-paced environment and balance demands of multiple projects.

  • Very responsive, with a customer-centric / solutions-oriented approach and the ability to serve a wide range of needs within the organization and at all levels.

  • Experience working in large matrix organizations.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications style to audience.

  • Strong attention to detail is a must.

  • Experience in recruitment, selection, and development of talent to achieve strategic objectives.

$115,600-$245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
