JOB SUMMARY:

Lead a team of business analysts in the development, integration, enhancements, fixes, and administration of demand chain system products. Develop robust project plans: define scope and KPIs, project schedules and resource plans. Manage risks and communicate project status for the entire portfolio of projects.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Define and drive the long-term product systems strategy for Demand Chain technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, customer experience expectations, and evolving business models
  • Establish the multi-year systems roadmap, prioritizing capabilities, integrations, and modernization initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and ROI.
  • Partner with senior business and IT leadership to shape the vision for future-state Demand Chain systems, including platform consolidation, automation opportunities, and data architecture improvements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities for system innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage.
  • Influence enterprise architecture decisions by representing Demand Chain product needs in platform selection, integration strategy, and data governance discussions.
  • Create executive-ready strategic narratives that articulate system direction, investment needs, risks, and business impact.
  • Manage a portfolio of system projects (new installations, integration, enhancements, and fixes)
  • Lead the development of systems requirements and testing for these projects: business product documentation, test plans and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop implementation and roll out plans for these projects.
  • Lead a team of analysts in the administration of Demand Chain system products (i.e. Order Management System, Item Maintenance)
  • Support the development of a system strategy for all Demand Chain products.
  • Act as the liaison between IT leadership and Demand Chain business owners.
  • Assign resources to projects.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and escalate when appropriate.
  • Develop and manage project budget, product backlog and technical documents.

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
