We are looking for a ‘Senior Manager - Data Science’ to join our Technology team at Clarivate.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other quantitative majors, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in data science, with at least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
Strong expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Proficiency in various machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, etc.) and their implementation.
Understanding of NLP techniques for text analysis, sentiment analysis, and language generation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Skills in data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing to prepare data for analysis.
Ability to design and implement data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Lead and manage a highly specialized or large team of data scientists, providing mentorship and ensuring continuous professional development.
Drive the successful execution of machine learning and data science projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partner and consult with stakeholders to plan and define the data science strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee and influence the application of AI/ML techniques to solve critical business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Build and promote a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and fosters innovation within the data science team.
Ensure the team develops and delivers data science solutions in compliance with governance, privacy, and security standards.
Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of data science solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.
About the Team
You would be part of our incredible data science team of Intellectual property (IP) group & work closely with product and technology teams spreads across various locations worldwide.
Hours of Work
This is a permanent position with Clarivate.9 hours per day including lunch break. you should be flexible with working hours to align with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
