Join us for an exciting 6-month parental cover assignment as “Senior Manager, Data & Decisioning” as part of the newly established Membership & Personalisation team within LEGO® Market & Channels Global Marketing.
Please note: This is a 6-MONTH PARENTAL COVER role based in our vibrant Copenhagen HUB. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the membership & CRM data governance framework and actively improve the quality and usability of data with respective data owners, in close partnership with the Data Office, Markets & Channels and Digital Consumer Engagement
- Lead the development of the strategic plan for 1st membership data collection, to accelerate the improvements and optimization of personalized experiences and content, in key partnership with the CRM Proposition team, Product Marketing Development, Digital Consumer Engagement and Digital
- Actively support our progressive profiling strategy and solutions, by identifying data enrichment possibilities, aimed at improving personalized communications and strengthening lead generation & segmentation
- Actively contribute to personalizing member’s experiences, by creating plans to improve the data collected and leveraged through personalization algorithms (e.g. recommendation systems and next-best-action)
- Utilise all available data & analytics tools and platforms to proactively identify opportunities for improvements in data quality, member metrics, and in the size and depth of audiences we can build
- Actively drive and develop a standard-of-excellence in data-driven decision making, by showcasing and leveraging best-in-class decision science methods, to create actionable insights for senior leadership
- Responsible for aligning with data competition law, data consent, and data compliance teams on data requirements across the Membership & Personalization team
- Help drive an agile way-of-working model, ensuring quality, flexibility and speed in how business questions are tackled

M&C Marketing aims to build and deploy capabilities essential for us to win in corporate plan 2026 and ensure alignment and execution of marketing excellence globally.
This position will collaborate closely with key cross functional teams across M&C (Markets & Channels), PMD (Product Marketing Department), DCE (Digital Consumer Engagement) and Digital, helping us leverage data to achieve our membership and personalization goals effectively and efficiently.
You will report directly to the Senior Director Performance, Development & Decisioning.
Do you have what it takes?
- Relevant educational background within analytics, computer science, maths, Data Science, Big Data or other related field
- Senior experience working in an insights and analytics environment (with experience in Adobe Analytics or similar, Tableau dashboards, SQL based databases and/or R/Python)
- Experience in SQL and Excel is a must
- Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities
- Excels at communicating with senior collaborators (written & oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of personalisation, CRM, loyalty programs and customer lifetime value
- Ability to put together clear and concise actionable insights from multiple data sources to answer business questions
- An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles; with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence
- Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure
