The objective of the Analytics Consulting function is to unlock the full potential of our firm's data assets and insights that inform and progress the Enterprise Strategy and drive strategic outcomes that create lasting value for our clients, colleagues, and communities.

The Analytics Consulting Senior Manager is responsible for leading a high performing team of professionals dedicated to integrating analytic solutions, insights, and strategy into decision making and strategic actions. As a strategic partner, forges trusted partnerships with business leaders and champions innovative analytics that allow us to achieve our competitive advantage.

What You'll Do:

  • Providing analytical insights, solutions and/or strategy to large and often complex initiatives and leading the transformation change in our firm's analytics strategy.
  • Partners to develop enterprise-wide analytic strategies and executes or implements through enterprise-wide matrix teams
  • Create alignment across multiple enterprise executive leaders to develop matrixed teams that achieve analytics outcomes
  • Partnering with senior leaders to ensure the enterprise analytics capability is able to deliver against prioritized analytics work, influence new business strategies, and integrate analytics into business decisions
  • Accountable for influencing best in class analytics across the firm-wide analytics capability and partnering with analytics leaders to scope and consult on the appropriate analytical approach for the business need(s) that will achieve desired business outcomes/value
  • Leading team members through multi-year planning and ensure continual relevance of the vision, identify emerging firm needs and align talent capabilities.
  • Equip team members with analytical knowledge and data storytelling skills to influence the analytic approach for meeting the needs of stakeholders.
  • Translate firmwide messaging to ensure functional understanding and change management
  • Responsible for translating enterprise analytic roadmap strategy into execution and implementation
  • Personnel decisions include performance reviews, hiring selection and necessary training

What Experience You Need:

  • 10+ years relevant prior experience required
  • Experience in quantitative or STEM field
  • 3-5 years of people leadership preferred

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Applies broad industry knowledge including relevant trends driving the financial services industry and adjacent industries, understanding of key competitors, and Artificial Intelligence advancements.

Technical Acumen:

  • Possess functional subject matter expertise on the application of data and analytics across a wide range of areas including product, client, marketing, compliance, branch, etc.

Influence:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to provide concise, relevant commentary, and explain complex concepts directly to key stakeholders.

*Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
