How you'll make an impact:
• Actively participate in high-level strategic problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Present and communicate complex analytical findings to guide/influence senior leadership decision making
• Apply predictive modeling and algorithms to data sets to drive optimization of marketing strategy and budget including updating and ensuring algorithms are current
• Provide reporting and analysis to translate complex analytical models into clear, succinct recommendations to stakeholders and frame data in a manner that identifies key business implications
• Partner with and provide guidance to stakeholders across functions to ensure success of key projects
• Identify gaps in market inefficiencies and develop programs and solutions
• Identify and assess the value of data sources based on organizational need to influence data acquisition strategy.

What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 10 years of previous related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or
• Master's Degree or equivalent in related field with 8 years of previous related experience required and
• Experience in architecting, developing and deploying business intelligence, analytics and reporting solutions to internal and external stakeholders or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required

• Experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.)
• Experience working within healthcare or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $139,000 to $196,000 (highly experienced).
