Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Data Analytics, Global Equipment Platforms plays a critical role in shaping how Coca-Cola unlocks value from its global connected equipment ecosystem. This leader will define and scale the analytics strategy that transforms equipment data into actionable insights, enabling smarter decisions, operational efficiency, and new sources of growth across bottlers, operating units, and customers.
This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and business strategy ensuring that analytics capabilities evolve from fragmented reporting to a cohesive, scalable data platform that powers enterprise-wide actionable insights for improved decision-making and AI-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the global analytics strategy for connected equipment, aligning data capabilities to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Translate equipment data into business value, identifying high-impact use cases (e.g., optimization, predictive service, retail media, personalization) and ensuring analytics solutions directly support these priorities.
Work with Product to drive the evolution from reporting to data products, establishing scalable, reusable analytics capabilities that can be deployed across markets, equipment types, and stakeholders.
Partner across product, engineering, and DTS leadership to shape a modern, interoperable data architecture that supports real-time insights, AI readiness, and global scalability.
Establish enterprise standards for data governance, quality, and security, ensuring trusted, consistent data that can be leveraged across the system.
Champion a data-driven culture, enabling stakeholders to adopt analytics through intuitive tools, clear storytelling, and embedded decision workflows.
Identify and scale advanced analytics and AI opportunities, positioning GEP to leverage predictive and prescriptive insights across the equipment ecosystem.
Influence cross-functional roadmaps and investment decisions, ensuring analytics capabilities are prioritized as a core enabler of GEP’s long-term strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years leading analytics, data, or digital product initiatives with demonstrated business impact
Proven ability to define and execute data or analytics strategy at scale
Experience building or scaling data products or platforms, not just reporting solutions
Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems (cloud platforms, data modeling, bronze/silver/gold tiering, governance)
Experience partnering with product, engineering, and business leaders in complex organizations
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics, ontologies, and data-driven decision frameworks
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in CPG, Food/Beverage, or connected/IoT ecosystems
Exposure to global, multi-stakeholder environments (e.g., franchise, bottler systems)
Background in platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar ecosystems
Experience enabling self-service analytics and data democratization at scale
