Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Technology Services (CPTS) provides strategic and operational leadership for teams responsible for Cybersecurity, Privacy, IT Infrastructure, or IT Operations. This role ensures the protection of organizational assets, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the delivery of reliable, secure, and innovative technology services. The Senior Manager, CPTS, partners with business and IT leaders to align technology initiatives with business goals, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity, privacy, and technology programs, policies, and controls.
- Contribute to the organization’s strategic planning and ensure alignment of technology services with business objectives.
- Oversee the execution of compliance initiatives, risk assessments, and audit support activities.
- Manage teams responsible for CPTS, ensuring effective resources and prioritization.
- Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across cybersecurity, privacy, and technology services.
- Reviews and evaluates the work of the staff and prepares periodic performance reports, develop metrics and measures for individual responsibilities for members of service team based on CSMG established goals and requirements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with business partners, project managers, and key stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet organizational needs.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program effectiveness, risks, and compliance metrics.
- Represent IT in project and/or business meeting and engagements.
- Introduce new customers to IT services to assist in familiarizing them with appropriate systems, services, policies and procedures.
- Perform any other job related duties as requested.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
- Seven (7) years of experience in Cybersecurity, Privacy, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, or related fields required
- Three (3) years management or leadership role required

Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Travel is not typically required
Compensation Range:
$113,000.00 - $197,700.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
