Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Compliance, Data Privacy & AI Governance to lead and scale our global compliance and governance programs. This highly visible role is responsible for ensuring compliance with CMMC certification requirements, GDPR and global data privacy regulations, and the governance of AI and emerging technologies.

This position plays a critical role in enabling business growth in regulated markets, strengthening customer trust, and ensuring responsible adoption of advanced technologies across a multinational enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Compliance & Certifications

  • Lead enterprise efforts related to CMMC certification (current and future levels), including readiness assessments, gap remediation, and ongoing sustainment.
  • Own coordination with external assessors, auditors, and government or customer‑driven security reviews.
  • Translate regulatory and contractual cybersecurity requirements into actionable control objectives.
  • Partner with IT and Security teams to ensure controls are designed and operating effectively.

Data Privacy & Protection

  • Oversee compliance with GDPR and other applicable global data protection and privacy laws.
  • Partner closely with Legal, HR, and IT to embed privacy‑by‑design into systems and processes.
  • Provide governance oversight for data classification, access controls, data retention, and cross‑border data transfers.
  • Support privacy incident response, regulatory engagement, and reporting obligations.

AI Governance & Emerging Risk

  • Lead the development and execution of Regal Rexnord’s AI governance framework, including intake, risk assessment, and lifecycle oversight.
  • Ensure alignment with evolving global expectations and regulations related to responsible AI and automation.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to enable innovation while managing risk.
  • Provide governance oversight for third‑party AI solutions and internal AI‑enabled tools.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Advise executive leadership on regulatory risk, compliance posture, and emerging requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing, globally distributed team.
  • Drive continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, IT risk, data privacy, or governance roles.
  • Hands‑on leadership experience with CMMC, GDPR, and regulatory compliance programs.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
  • Experience with AI governance, model risk management, or emerging technology risk.
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑regional organizations.
