As our Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how thousands of customers experience, adopt, and grow with our products. You'll lead programs that turn customers into champions, drive meaningful engagement across the customer lifecycle, and create experiences that increase retention, loyalty, and expansion. What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute customer marketing programs that drive onboarding success, product adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities.

  • Build and optimize personalized, automated customer journeys across digital channels using customer insights, behavioural triggers, and lifecycle milestones.

  • Create targeted campaigns that increase feature adoption, product utilization, and overall customer value.

  • Own lifecycle marketing performance, establishing KPIs, reporting, and testing strategies to continuously improve program effectiveness.

  • Lead and evolve customer advocacy initiatives, including customer references, testimonials, reviews, case studies, and success stories.

  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify, nurture, and activate customer advocates across the customer base.

  • Expand customer participation in advocacy programs, community initiatives, events, webinars, speaking engagements, and other brand-building opportunities.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two marketers supporting lifecycle marketing and customer advocacy programs.

  • Establish clear priorities, goals, and development plans while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, experimentation, and customer-centric thinking.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Marketing Operations to deliver integrated customer programs.

  • Partner with Content and Creative teams to develop compelling customer communications and experiences that strengthen engagement and loyalty.

  • Present program performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, helping inform customer growth and retention strategies.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field would be an asset.

  • 7+ years of B2B software marketing experience, with a strong focus on customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer engagement.

  • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing direct reports.

  • Demonstrated success building and executing customer lifecycle programs that drive adoption, retention, and customer growth.

  • Experience developing customer advocacy programs, including references, testimonials, reviews, and customer storytelling.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and translating insights into action.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, customer data, and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience partnering with Customer Success organizations to improve customer outcomes.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting customer relationships.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness and scalability.
