We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Activation to lead the customization and execution of integrated marketing and brand activation programs across customers and channels. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, responsible for translating brand strategies, global and regional assets, and Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) plans into high‑impact customer activations that drive business results.
The ideal candidate is a strong executor and cross‑functional collaborator, passionate about bringing brands to life in market, and skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver seamless activation across touchpoints.
What You’ll Do for UsCustomer & Market Activation ExecutionLead execution of customer and channel activation programs aligned to brand, category, and business priorities.
Customize and implement integrated marketing and asset activation plans across customer, channel, and shopper touchpoints.
Ensure activation plans deliver against key objectives including volume, revenue, visibility, and brand equity.
Bring global and regional brand assets to life through locally relevant, customer‑ready executions.
Coordinate activation across IMX touchpoints including POS, packaging, promotions, experiential, digital, social, and local media.
Partner with Marketing, IMX, Media, Shopper, and Frontline teams to ensure cohesive execution across the consumer and customer journey.
Ensure all activation elements are consistent with brand strategy, guidelines, and communication frameworks.
Execute activation plans that maximize the value of marketing assets, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Leverage assets across multiple platforms including retail, on‑premise, experiential, PR, and digital.
Steward asset usage in line with Company policies, brand standards, and contractual guidelines.
Develop and communicate clear activation briefs for agencies and suppliers (creative, merchandising, promotions, POS, etc.).
Coordinate agency execution to ensure quality, speed, and on‑time delivery within budget.
Provide day‑to‑day feedback and guidance to ensure activation meets objectives and executional standards.
Ensure marketing activation plans are implemented, monitored, and evaluated in line with brand strategies.
Track execution performance and flag risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Apply learnings to continuously improve activation effectiveness and efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert to ensure all customer activation materials (POS, packaging, promotions, programming) protect company rights, trademarks, and brand equity.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and asset governance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
7–9+ years of experience in marketing activation, customer marketing, shopper marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
Proven experience translating marketing and brand strategies into executional activation plans.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, customer/shopper journeys, and IMX execution.
Hands‑on experience coordinating agencies and cross‑functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast‑paced, agile environments.
Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.
