Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager, Creator Strategy at Ubisoft Paris, you will support the development of creator strategies across a portfolio of campaigns, brands, and franchises. You’ll work closely with Brand, Production, Community, Communications, Media, and regional teams to ensure creator perspectives are integrated into campaign planning and player engagement strategies from early development through launch and live operations.
You’ll help guide creator strategy priorities, support collaboration across teams, and contribute to scalable creator engagement approaches that align with audience needs, business goals, and Ubisoft’s player-first mindset.
What you’ll do
- Develop and evolve creator strategy frameworks aligned with brand priorities, audience insights, and business goals
- Support creator engagement models that strengthen player acquisition, retention, advocacy, and community growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creator considerations throughout the game lifecycle
- Share expertise on creator ecosystems, digital platforms, audience behaviors, and industry trends across campaign teams
- Identify opportunities for innovative creator partnerships and scalable engagement approaches
- Support portfolio prioritisation across campaigns to help teams focus on high-impact creator initiatives
- Mentor and support Creator Strategy team members through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Foster collaboration and effective ways of working across global and regional stakeholders
- Review campaign performance and contribute insights, learnings, and recommendations for future initiatives
- Encourage experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making within creator marketing activities
What you bring to the team
