We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Services Sourcing to join our team. This is a remote role based in Europe (preferred hubs: London, Berlin, Copenhagen, or Helsinki). In this role, you’ll help us lead the Corporate Services Sourcing team for the Deliveroo and Wolt brands, driving strategic category management and delivering commercial value across a multi-million-pound indirect spend portfolio.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be joining the Global Sourcing team within our Global Procurement organization, reporting into the Director, Head of Global Strategic Sourcing. You will lead a team of five (5) managing a broad portfolio across EMEA (including Professional Services, Global Security, Facilities/Real Estate, BPO, HR/Benefits, and Contingent Workforce), while partnering with the DoorDash Corporate Services team to capture global enterprise synergies.

Category Strategy & Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team of five, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and building capability across the Corporate Services portfolio.
Build and execute multi-year category strategies that increase category maturity, optimise total cost of ownership (TCO), and unlock value beyond traditional cost savings.
Partner with DoorDash sourcing leads to align global category strategies, leverage enterprise scale across brands, and capture cross-regional synergies.
Execution & Supplier Management
Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for high-stakes corporate procurement, including data analysis, RFx creation, proposal evaluation, and complex contract negotiations (MSAs/SOWs).
Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for executive stakeholders across G&A functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Security) and core business lines.
Establish best-in-class supplier ecosystems, tracking performance, SLAs, and supplier risk while embedding ethical and sustainable sourcing (ESG) practices.
Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives, championing new tooling, AI-driven sourcing workflows, and continuous process improvements.
Essential
Significant experience in Corporate Services Sourcing, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic category plans across indirect spend categories.
Demonstrated people management capability, with experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sourcing professionals.
Strong commercial and negotiation acumen, with proven ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs) and utilise TCO modelling.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders, managing matrixed business partners, and driving cross-brand collaboration.
Deep risk management expertise, including third-party risk assessments, contract governance, and mitigation strategies within multi-jurisdictional environments.
Nice to Have
Experience working within the technology sector or high-growth, fast-paced marketplace environments.
Proficiency with modern procurement and CLM platforms (e.g., Coupa, NetSuite, Pivot) and enthusiasm for applying AI tools in day-to-day sourcing workflows.
Experience operating across European markets and diverse regulatory/legal structures.
