Coordination with Internal & External stakeholder2.
Liaison & Coordination with Bureaucrats, Govt. agencies and litigants to manage issues and facilitate approvals / clearance for business. Coordinate with various Govt. Departments like IDCO, Bhubaneswar, District Administration etc.

Expertise in handling Land Acquisition and Alienation process

Knowledge and understanding of Land use Authorities and other legal instruments associated with legal Management.

Act as a conduit between the land and other internal departments to ensure opportunities are optimized and effective working relationships are developed to assist in the Land Acquisition process.

Facilitating discipline in and around factory premises: Maintaining external environment by means of which uninterrupted port operation8.
Establishing good rapport with stakeholders like local community, PRI leaders, opinion makers, different village level committee members, Police Officials, Mass media personnel and others. Proactively solving the issues/ problems faced by the company.

Understanding the issues of villagers (particularly 08 periphery panchayats around the Port), their grievances and handling them proactively

Extensive interaction with State & Local level Media for promotes and publishes the CSR initiatives

Public-Hearings planning & execution: successfully managed the public to give their positive opinion and extend support for the expansion of Port.
