About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Manager Copywriter to define, evolve, and protect the voice of Touchland across every brand and marketing touchpoint. This role is both highly strategic and deeply hands-on, responsible for shaping brand storytelling, elevating creative output, and ensuring consistency, clarity, and excellence in all written communication. As a key leader within the creative team, this person will partner closely with the Founder, Creative Director, designers, and cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life through thoughtful, compelling, and culturally relevant copy.
Work EnvironmentHybrid: This is a hybrid role based in New York City and requires in- person attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesBrand Voice & Storytelling
Own and evolve Touchland’s tone of voice, ensuring it reflects the brand’s vision, values, and growth
Translate brand strategy into clear, consistent, and compelling messaging frameworks
Act as the ultimate brand guardian for all copy and written communication
Develop and maintain voice guidelines, ensuring scalability across channels and teams
Copywriting & Creative Development
Design performance-driven creative for paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), ensuring all assets align with brand and performance objectives.
Lead concepting and execution of copy across all brand touchpoints, including:
Campaigns and launches
Packaging and product naming
Website and e-commerce
Email, SMS, and CRM
Social and paid media
Retail and experiential
Balance high-level storytelling with detail-oriented execution
Bring a strong point of view and creative perspective to all work
Leadership & Collaboration
Design visual assets for touchland.com including homepage modules, product pages, promotional banners, and landing pages.
Serve as a leader within the Touchland creative team, setting the standard for copy
excellence
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and design team to ensure cohesive,
elevated creative output
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Retail) to align messaging and execution
Present and articulate strategy + copy rationale clearly to stakeholders, including leadership
Quality Control & Brand Consistency
Oversee and QC all copy across channels to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
Lead copy review processes, including packaging and regulatory-sensitive content
Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of craft and attention to detail
Founder & Leadership Partnership
Work closely with the Founder + Creative Director to translate vision into language and storytelling
Support high-priority communications and brand moments with elevated, thoughtful copy
What We’re Looking For

Someone who understands how to build a brand that feels both aspirational and culturally relevant
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, Public Relations required.
8+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead role
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign work, and multi-channel execution
Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
Deep understanding of brand voice development and storytelling
Exceptional writing, editing, and conceptual thinking skills
Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for nuance and tone
Comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900 – $165,000.
This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
