We have an exciting opportunity within our Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit for a Senior Manager, Contracts. We are seeking an experienced dynamic and results-driven person to develop contract strategy and execute within the Space, Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (SISR) Sub-strategic Business Unit (SSBU) and Commercial Intelligence & IT (Ci2) program area. The candidate should have experience developing and managing new commercial business while also pursuing and managing US Government Defense and Intelligence contracts.
This position is well suited for a highly motivated, well-organized person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Responsibilities will include developing creative approaches to solving problems and creating innovative solutions while employing strong change management and communication skills. Will participate in the development and growth of commercial opportunities, products and contracts.

What You Will Do
Manage the development of both commercial type and government type proposals, negotiations, development of commercial terms and licenses, contractual agreements, contract execution, day-to-day administration
Provide sound contract management to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives and comply with company policies
Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract scope
Develop and enhance positive customer relationships for working contractual matters to resolution while leveraging excellent relationships with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive closure on complex contractual issues and achieve business results
Effectively communicate with senior leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience in U.S. Government and/or Defense related Contracts Management/Administration
Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses or other customer supplementals
Experience with Sole Source and/or Competitive acquisitions and/or proposals

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
