The Role

Manage paid and organic social campaigns, produce monthly newsletter, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, supervise freelancers/agencies, and optimize content distribution and performance to grow brand awareness in the media and streaming sector.
Summary Generated by Built In

Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for subscription media services in the U.S. Antenna's standardized metrics, competitive benchmarks, syndicated insights, and market intelligence are trusted by some of the most recognized and respected brands across media and entertainment sectors. Using a proprietary AI-powered approach, Antenna connects subscription activities with real consumer viewership to provide services, studios, and creators with an unmatched, market-wide view of subscriber behaviors to better understand acquisition, retention, and engagement.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Content Marketing to own and evolve Antenna’s voice across every channel we publish. This role sits at the intersection of brand, strategy, and execution — you’ll manage our social media presence across organic and paid channels, produce The Signal (our monthly newsletter), drive the blog content pipeline, and build the editorial calendar that keeps it all moving. You’ll be the operational center of gravity for Antenna’s content output, coordinating across executives, the insights team, and product marketing to keep multiple workstreams moving at once. You’ll be equal parts storyteller, strategist, and project manager: someone who obsesses over brand voice and visual identity just as much as they care about distribution, performance, and growth.

Antenna is changing how Hollywood and the media industry understand their audiences — and this role is how we tell that story to the world. If you’re energized by the challenge of making complex data feel urgent and essential, and you want your fingerprints on a brand that’s reshaping how studios, streamers, and networks make decisions, this is the role for you.

You will report to the VP, Marketing & Communications. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours (ET - PT).

What You’ll Do

  • Own Antenna's social media presence across organic and paid channels — including content creation, community engagement, paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), and performance reporting — while expanding to new channels and formats, including social video
  • Lead end-to-end production of The Signal, Antenna's monthly newsletter, in close collaboration with the VP, Marketing & Communications
  • Manage and execute the blog content pipeline — writing, editing, publishing, and optimizing posts using insights produced by the data and insights team
  • Own and maintain the editorial calendar across all content channels, creating on-brand content and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Insights, and executives to keep every workstream on track
  • Promote Antenna's quarterly reports and syndicated insights across owned, shared, and paid channels
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including freelancers and agencies as needed

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a closely related discipline — with meaningful time spent at a B2B or B2B-adjacent brand
  • You’re a skilled project manager who thrives across multi-threaded timelines with multiple stakeholders, including executives, and you do it without dropping the ball
  • A champion and protector of brand voice and visual identity — you’ve built or maintained a brand standard before, and you take it seriously
  • Strong command of content distribution strategy across owned, shared, and paid channels, and you know how to match message to medium and platform
  • Hands-on experience with paid social ad platforms — Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent
  • Familiar with modern entertainment, streaming, and Hollywood culture — or you have a demonstrable track record of ramping quickly in new industries
  • Comfortable in Webflow and familiar with modern CMS workflows for publishing and optimizing blog content
  • Fluent in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar for producing on-brand creative assets
  • You have a sharp editorial eye — copywriting and copy editing come naturally, and you know the difference between good enough and great
  • Experienced with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Statusbrew, or similar
  • You’re AI-native — you use platforms like Claude and other AI tools as a natural part of your workflow to move faster and work smarter
  • You've produced short-form social video — you know what makes a 30-second clip land on LinkedIn or Instagram

Bonus

  • You've worked in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform and understand how content and CRM connect
  • You're familiar with Cision or a similar tool for media monitoring and PR distribution
  • You come with a background in streaming, media, entertainment, or the subscription economy — or a genuine passion for the space

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $130,000 - $175,000. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.

What We Do

The Subscription Economy has grown dramatically in the past decade, and is anticipated to almost triple again - from $635B to $1.5T - by 2025 [UBS]. But this growth is not just important economically. It is also dramatically changing the way that brands engage with consumers. The Subscription Economy enables brands to untether themselves from the established distribution channels and they have historically been stuck in, and to transcend transactional business models. The opportunity: deep, direct relationships with their customers, based on a long-term allegiance. And for consumers, this translates to much more choice, a dramatically better product experience, and a deeper connection with the brands they love. ‍ The fuel for this new world is data. Brands need to deeply understand consumer behavior to survive and thrive in the Subscription Economy. Enter Antenna.
