Job Description Summary:

Senior Manager, Content Operations and Enablement

The Coca-Cola Company is evolving into a more digital first, data‑driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end‑to‑end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product‑centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Content Operations and Enablement plays a critical role in driving the adoption, operational excellence and continuous evolution of Coca‑Cola’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform as a foundational capability within the Company’s global Content Supply Chain and Marketing ecosystem. Serving as a strategic connector between brand teams, markets, creative operations, content production and technology teams, this role ensures digital assets are organized, accessible, compliant and optimized for activation at scale. Success in the role is measured by the platform’s ability to accelerate content delivery, enable execution and localization, support rights-managed asset usage and drive consistent customer experiences globally.

Operating within a product-centric digital environment, the role drives DAM adoption and operational effectiveness across global and local marketing groups. The position partners closely with marketing and product teams to ensure content is uploaded accurately and efficiently, workflows are streamlined and users are enabled to fully leverage platform capabilities as part of daily operations. The role also leads user engagement and enablement efforts, helping stakeholders understand best practices and maximize the value delivered by the DAM platform.

A core focus of the role is metadata governance and taxonomy alignment across connected MarTech and enterprise platforms to improve discoverability, reporting, workflow efficiency and speed to market. The ideal candidate brings experience in DAM platforms, content operations, stakeholder management and data governance, with the ability to design scalable solutions that support Coca-Cola’s broader digital transformation and content activation priorities.

What You will do for us

  • Lead the strategy, stewardship and ongoing evolution of DAM metadata and taxonomy frameworks to ensure content is discoverable, reusable and compliant across markets
  • Partner with brand and marketing teams to coordinate content ingestion into the DAM, ensuring assets meet quality, rights and metadata requirements for activation at scale
  • Drive DAM platform adoption through engagement programs, building user awareness and confidence in leveraging DAM features for daily operations
  • Monitor platform usage and performance analytics to identify optimization opportunities, resolve adoption challenges and demonstrate value delivered to markets and brands
  • Align metadata standards and data models across integrated MarTech and enterprise systems to enable interoperability and seamless content workflows
  • Collaborate with product management, technology teams and content operations to streamline upload, tagging and distribution processes for efficiency and scale
  • Track and prioritize platform enhancements and related workflows based on user feedback, business needs and emerging technology trends
  • Support measurement of content performance and asset usage by enabling structured data capture and integration with analytics tools
  • Recommend innovative solutions by leveraging emerging technologies, including agents and AI, for content classification and tagging

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Digital Rights Management, MarTech, Content Supply Chain, content operations, or data architecture roles within a digital or technology driven environment, with a preferred focus on Adobe platforms
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption of digital systems through engagement, training and enablement programs
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to influence adoption of standards and best practices
  • Proven expertise in managing and evolving metadata models, taxonomies and content classification systems to support large-scale digital ecosystems
  • Strong experience in metadata modeling, taxonomy design, and schema governance for digital content systems
  • Understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, standardization, and lifecycle management
  • Experience working in product‑centric or agile environments, collaborating across business and technical teams
  • Ability to translate complex data and content requirements into user-friendly frameworks that enhance discoverability and efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, adaptability to emerging technologies and fluency in digital and AI-enabled tools
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with emerging trends in digital and data technologies
