What You’ll Do

  • Lead the global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes across multiple legal entities and currencies.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and foreign currency translation adjustments within the consolidation process.
  • Ensure FX rates are properly maintained and applied to support accurate reporting across global transactions.
  • Coordinate the accounting setup and close activities for new legal entities and the wind-down of existing entities as needed.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired entities into financial systems and the consolidation process.
  • Lead monthly financial and operational flux analysis, analyze financial trends and variances to provide actionable insights
  • Own the preparation and review of the statement of cash flows, consolidating inputs across all business units and regions.
  • Manage the preparation of internal financial statements, management reports, and key financial metrics.
  • Develop financial dashboards and presentations for business reviews
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance to senior management
  • Prepare quarterly management financial reporting packages 
  • Implement automation tools and reporting enhancements, collaborate with IT and system teams to optimize reporting systems
  • Build management and operational reporting to ensure all reporting aligns with regulatory and tax requirements

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes in a mid-to-large company setting
  • Experience with intercompany transactions and foreign currency for multiple entities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible in a fast and dynamic work environment, establish order from chaos
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • NetSuite system experience is preferred
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $150,000 to $200,000 and $178,000 to $238,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
