Senior Manager, Consolidation & Reporting

Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)

The Senior Manager, Consolidation & Reporting plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial data for SEC filings and internal corporate reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, experience in complex multi-entity environments, proficiency in consolidation and reporting systems, and a proven ability to collaborate across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting process in accordance with BHI Group timelines.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of reported results under US GAAP and SEC requirements (including BHI Representation Letters).
  • Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages, variance analysis, and management commentary for inclusion in Group filings (10-Q, 10-K, etc.).
  • Lead all aspects of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and legal entity roll-ups
  • Act as the primary liaison with the BHI Group Reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all reporting requests and audit inquiries.
  • Own and maintain the Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with BHI standards.
  • Develop and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Accounting to drive alignment and integrity across financial processes.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting standards and updates to corporate reporting policies.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation of reporting and consolidation activities to improve accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • ACA, CA, or CPA equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience, including a mix of Big 4 public accounting and proven experience at a publicly traded company.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls (SOX)
  • Demonstrated experience in consolidation accounting across multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
  • Proficiency with financial systems, Onestream is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams in a global organization.
