As Senior Manager of Compensation, you will lead our compensation team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs that align with the organization’s goals and support talent attraction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation structures, analytics, and market trends.

What you’ll do
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the organization’s objectives, ensuring competitiveness and equity across all levels.
- Program Management: Oversee the design, administration, and evaluation of compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and incentive plans. Design efficient and engaging processes, finding ways to build automation and AI/ML solutions. Oversee technical leadership of our technology and tools.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the organization’s compensation packages remain competitive and compliant with industry standards. Manage vendor relationships that supply benchmarking data.
- Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management on compensation structures and policies.
- Policy Development: Develop, update, and communicate compensation policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners, finance, and leadership to ensure alignment of compensation practices with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the compensation team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Training and Communication: Design and deliver training programs for HR staff and management on compensation policies, practices, and tools.
This Might Describe You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in Compensation Strategy and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of compensation theories, practices, and regulations; familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems.
- Experience with HRIS software and systems (e.g., Workday, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team, establish goals and expectations and manage performance.

- This position can be worked as remote position within the United States.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
