BODYARMOR is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial & FSOP East Division to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for development of local Bottler FSOP programs, commercialization of local and National FSOP programs, Bottler execution and tracking of commercialized plans across the East Division
- Lead relationship and alignment with Key FSOP Bottler Commercial Leadership – be the day-to-day contact for BODYARMOR FSOP activities
- Ensure the commercialization and execution of BODYARMOR Trimester FSOP Channel Plans and Capability Development Plan as outlined by the VP of FSOP
- Ensure East Division Commercial Team is aligned with FSOP initiatives and share/commercialize local programs to other Key Bottler(s)
- Attend VP of FSOP Business Routines Weekly / Monthly and be prepared to present performance against outline Trimester initiatives, Bottler feedback on FSOP National program needs & requests
- Responsible for tracking initiative results by Bottler and managing Key Performance Indicator results Weekly/Monthly/YTD
- Support East Division Commercial team
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leads within East Division when needed to develop Local FSOP Key Account specific programming around BODYARMOR initiatives
- Responsible for communicating FSOP Plans to the FSOP Commercial & Sales organization and assist with strong Bottler execution
- Support Local FSOP Sales and FSOP Chain team with top customer meetings when needed and stewardship of customer plans with Bottler
- Assist Division Team on new innovation sell-in with Bottlers and provide on-going support with SKU management
- Partner with Sales and RGM teams to understand business needs and competitive activity
- Assist in developing Annual Bottler Business Plans and incorporate FSOP Planning
- Ongoing development of Best-in-Class Success Tools to share with all Divisions and Bottlers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing preferred or related experience required
- 5 years Commercial and FSOP experience preferred.
- Ability to establish strong relationships and build credibility with bottlers/customers
- Ability to collaborate as well as influence across all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and present and train large groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Position requires substantial travel (50-75%) by car and plane; including both local and neighboring geographic territories
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances
- Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy

Pay Range:
$110,000 - $140,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
