Lead / conduct cohort and segment analysis to surface churn drivers, acquisition economics, and lifetime value improvement opportunities across the customer base.
Partner with clients to deliver sales enablement and commercial ‘engine’ improvement (incentives, playbooks, motions, process, system support.)
Develop reusable assets, playbooks, and IP for Unity's commercial value creation offering.
Manage and coach multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring high performance and development.
Actively contribute to business development, including proposal leadership, client pitches, and thought leadership.
