As a member of the Providence St. Joseph Health Clinical Informatics management team, the Sr. Manager, Regional Clinical Informatics is responsible in collaboration with the Directors and Medical Informatics for collaborative implementation, support, and on-going optimization of clinical informatics, Caring Reliably framework, IS strategy and other organizational commitments. As a partner for clinical transformation and in collaboration with the GVPs Clinical Nursing Informatics, CI Regional Directors, ministry Nurse Executives and other clinical and physician leaders, the Sr. Manager, Regional Clinical Informatics manages staff performance in informatics initiatives with an emphasis on information technology and services to support nursing and interdisciplinary care partners in the areas of practice, clinical applications, clinical/administrative decision-making, research and quality improvement initiatives, education, and resource management. He/she combines knowledge of patient care, informatics concepts, and change management to effectively represent the information and knowledge needs and requirements of healthcare professionals and patients and to promote safe, effective, and efficient use of information technology in clinical settings. Scope may include acute care, ambulatory care, and post-acute care settings in designated areas of service. This role has responsibilities and authority broader in scope due to an area of higher strategic importance and helps to set broader goals for the group. The Sr. Manager is responsible to work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals and works with senior management and other peers on strategy development and execution planning.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's: Informatics, BA, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or related healthcare field.
- 8 years Related experience.
- 6 years Leadership experience.

- Master's Degree Nursing; or degree in process. Or Bachelor's/Master's: Informatics, BA, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or related healthcare field.
