What will you be responsible for?

  • Exceed territory quota as assigned
  • Manage all aspects of partner relationships with resellers, MSPs, distributors and technology alliance partners
  • Evaluate, recruit, onboard and activate partners into the AppViewX partner ecosystem
  • Attend to AppViewX’s internal/partner Rules of Engagement and Best Practices to ensure sustained and accelerated pipeline growth
  • Responsible for regional partner business planning, facilitate portfolio enablement, marketing and demand generation events for the purpose of growing partner-sourced pipeline
  • Work closely with the regional sales organization (Enterprise AE, Commercial AEs, Solution Architects) to help identify partner alignments for targeted whitespace customer accounts
  • Align and drive collaborative GTM activities with defined/focused technology alliance partners
  • Assist in development of internal processes to enhance our current channel program
  • Liase with internal stakeholders with key partner contacts to drive greater engagement
  • Coordinate and manage biweekly pipeline calls with key partners
  • Travel as necessary for in-person partner meetings across APAC region
  • Manage lead/opportunity flows from partners via AppViewX Partner Portal

What do we require?

  • 10+ years selling high technology solutions in assigned territory in a channel model.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing channel partnerships
  • Existing network of viable partners to drive net-new growth
  • Attain or possess in-depth knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate ability to articulate AppViewX advantageous position to existing/new partners
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be high energy, motivated and a self-starter
  • Ability to travel up to 40%+ within the assigned territory
  • Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota
  • Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners
  • Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff
  • Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship.
