Interested in helping a team of strategic marketers drive business outcomes with paid media? We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead planning across paid channels (social, digital ads & local events), oversee the management of in-market activations, and partner with measurement teams to analyze impact. This role will support the Cash Solutions Marketing Team, specifically 529 & Health Savings Accounts.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on paid media.
Ability to interpret a marketing brief into a paid channel strategy, advising external media & event agencies on key deliverables.
You maintain a current POV on evolving media landscape, emerging technologies, consumer trends and channel/platform best practices.
Experience with programmatic buying, data personalization, social platforms & local event activation.
You have fluency in measurement solutions, including multi-touch attribution.
Knowledge of Financial Service Industry and our Products and Services a plus
The Value You Deliver
Lead all aspects of paid channel recommendations, including approving buys, guiding media optimizations & supporting local event coordination.
Represent paid media channel efforts within your business marketing team.
Collaborate with Communications Strategy to ensure creative and message are fit for the channels in which it is delivered & meets the objective of the brief and offers a frictionless path for the customer.
Ability to analyze media and creative performance, develop a narrative around, and draw actional insights to further optimize and test
Manage Fidelity’s external media & events agency across integrated planning, activation and analytics teams
Package summarization of media plan and performance highlights for executive presentations
Stewardship of brand guidelines and brand safety

The Marketing Domain is the internal marketing organization of Fidelity Investments and is led by the firm’s Head of Marketing & Social Platforms. Channel Marketing, Paid Media operates within the Marketing Domain and this team serves as an enterprise capability supporting all divisions of Fidelity, including but not limited to Fidelity Wealth (Retail), Fidelity Brokerage (Retail), Workplace Investing, Fidelity Institutional, Asset Management, Fidelity Healthcare Group.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
