Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Change Acceleration will serve as a strategic partner, coaching sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members, and building strategies to drive change readiness and faster adoption. This role will support changes in operating models, ways of working, process improvements, and system implementations. The Senior Manager, Change Acceleration, will create and lead change acceleration plans and programs for transformational initiatives and facilitate change management and development training.
Baseline Job Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with senior leaders and project leads, providing thought partnership and preparing them to lead through change.
- Lead complex, large-scale organizational changes, including collaboration with consultants for holistic transformations across operating models, people, processes, and technology.
- Coach and mentor leaders and cross-functional teams in developing and implementing change management strategies.
- Develop and implement customized change management plans that align with the foundational ADKAR/Prosci methodology.
- Conduct organizational readiness and change assessments to inform broader change management plans.
- Identify and address resistance points through tailored mitigation plans.
- Create actionable deliverables, including communication and engagement plans, leadership activation, employee readiness, training, resistance management, and reinforcement plans.
- Draft targeted communications to enhance engagement and readiness for change.
- Build and manage change management roadmaps, ensuring project team alignment.
- Develop measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
- Deliver accessible change management processes and tools that can be applied across the organization.
- Lead change management workshops to empower leaders and teams in implementing successful change efforts.
- Support senior leader onboarding through planning, coaching, facilitation, and engagement activities to ensure effective integration.
- Prioritize work effectively across multiple projects.
Domain Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a preference for Prosci Change Practitioner Certification.
- Strategic agility to handle high-pressure situations with a flexible approach.
- Ability to influence and guide others toward a common vision.
- Strong coaching skills to motivate and inspire leadership and teams.
- Expertise in process improvement and ways of working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively and influence others.
- Highly organized with a natural inclination for planning and strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change Practitioner Certification or 5+ years of dedicated change management experience.
- Cross-U.S./Mexico experience; bilingual in Spanish is ideal.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Extended periods of desk work.
- Primarily remote or corporate office environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.

The salary range for this role is:
$108,600.00 - $169,900.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
