The Coca-Cola Company has been on a journey to build a networked global organization across more than 200 countries, combining the power of scale and deep local knowledge to drive sustainable growth. A critical component of this networked organization is the Global Digital Network organization that acts as a global growth driver providing scaled enterprise-wide scaled digitized solutions for the system. 

This role sits within the Enterprise Intelligence team, which is a global team embedded in the broader Global Digital Network organization. In your role within this team, you will support the intelligence delivery to our categories through deep understanding of the category needs, utilization of our analytics solutions, and close integration of the categories’ innovation agenda.   

You will be part of a team of analytics experts that pursues continuous improvement of our category support design in close partnership with the global category teams, as well as their counterparts in the Operating Units This role will be essential to unlocking analytic intelligence and insights that drive the successful execution of the categories’ strategic roadmaps, the delivery of the categories’ annual business plan, and support the development of the categories’ long-range plan. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Support Key Category Business Performance Routines and Insights Generation 

  • Deliver analytics insights for monthly business reviews, quarterly performance deep-dives, annual business planning, and long-term roadmaps. 

  • Monitor and update category performance reports, identifying trends and actionable insights. 

  • Conduct in-depth performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with teams to analyze category performance and identify growth opportunities. 

  • Propose and implement process improvements for category and internal workflows. 

Promote Analytics in Category Planning and Execution 

  • Identify opportunities to integrate analytics into category planning and execution. 

  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and technologies through change management strategies. 

  • Track usage and satisfaction of analytics tools, addressing barriers to increase engagement. 

Enhance Analytics Tools and Insights 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve analytics tools, platforms, and methodologies. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics solutions with future needs and objectives. 

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for category analysis and reporting. 

  • Monitor performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of analytics solutions. 

Foster Leadership and Collaboration 

  • Build a strong, collaborative enterprise intelligence community. 

  • Promote a positive team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork. 

  • Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and a strong work ethic to inspire peers.

Qualifications & Requirements 

Functional Skills 

  • Data Storytelling: Simplify complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences. 

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights. 

  • Data Management: Manage data requests and utilize support systems effectively. 

  • Category Analytics: Translate raw data into meaningful insights for category growth. 

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams across marketing, commercial, finance, strategy, and technology. 

  • Advanced Analytics: Leverage AI and machine learning for deeper insights. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively and influence global senior leadership. 

Experience 

  • 5+ years in FMCG analytics, with experience in global or regional roles. 

  • Proven ability to work across teams and geographies in complex environments. 

  • Experience in both strategic and operational roles with a focus on delivery outcomes. 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
