Our Raytheon Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager who will be a member of the Global Ethics Office (GEO) and help support the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance program across the Raytheon business, serving more than 60,000 employees. Specifically, the Senior Manager has primary responsibility for serving as a trusted advisor to our partners and stakeholders by providing expert guidance on complex ethics matters. You will also be at the forefront of ethics and workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and building strong partnerships across the organization.
The GEO team is designed to be the proactive, education and mitigation arm of the broader GEC team, fostering Raytheon’s commitment to acting with integrity by building an Ethics and Compliance program focused on empowering all employees to model the guiding principles and Values in the RTX Code of Conduct, promoting a Speak Up culture, and achieving business goals. The Senior Manager will be an integrated partner with the Raytheon business to proactively engage in various issues, identify trends, and collaborate on solutions. The Senior Manager will support businesses/functions as assigned and will report to an Associate Director on the GEO leadership team.
The Senior Manager will perform and manage the work in these and other areas, support the development and enhancement of existing processes and training content in partnership with key stakeholders, and coordinate with leaders, colleagues, subject matter experts (SMEs), points of contact (POCs), and other key groups across the RTX enterprise. The Senior Manager will also serve as a POC for the Raytheon business, manage inquiries and provide guidance on matters raised through various mechanisms, including the Speak Up Helpline.
What You Will Do
- Develop, support and implement case management initiatives and process improvements in collaboration with key partners and stakeholders across the enterprise, including with respect to the development and implementation of an enhanced triage and end to end process, in furtherance of our Speak-Up culture and customer/employee service model
- Partner effectively with customers and key stakeholders, including Human Resources, Employee-Labor Relations, Legal Counsel, Global Security Services, Global Ethics & Compliance teams and others to ensure inquiries, concerns, consultations, investigation findings and follow-on actions are documented in appropriate tools and systems of record consistent with internal standards and with a clear focus on data integrity
- Provide input in cases where appropriate, ensuring outcomes are aligned with organizational goals and values
- Function as an ethics advisor, responding to requests for consultation or guidance, and providing advice to stakeholders and employees for addressing Ethics issues
- Work with program and functional stakeholders to ensure RTX’s values and commitment to business integrity, ethics and compliance are embedded and reinforced in day-to-day business activities and communications
- Promote knowledge and understanding of Company policies and processes through coaching, presentations, and training
- Obtain and use case trends, metrics and root cause analysis and engage with the organization for proactive Ethics engagement, support of mitigation or follow-on actions and to establish preventative measures
- Provide sound advice to help the business achieve our goals in an ethical and compliant manner
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Domestic travel 4-7 times per year, each for 2+ days
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of Ethics and Compliance or investigations experience; or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience
- A minimum of 4 years managing and documenting case files in a case management or other system of record

- Experience working with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, balancing urgency, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Exceptional consultative skills and experience handling highly sensitive and confidential matters with objectivity, compassion and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively with a proven ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Compliance 360 or similar case management platforms

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
