RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage capital improvement projects throughout an international leased facility portfolio, from planning and scope development through execution and closeout
- Execute strategic facility improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and long-term asset value
- Develop, own, and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; track milestones and proactively mitigate risks
- Engage, negotiate, and manage architects, engineers, contractors, and other vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Review and approve project submittals, change orders, and payment requisitions with strong financial oversight
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align projects with business priorities
- Assist with the management and coordination of facility maintenance projects to ensure operational continuity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, capital planning, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendor performance
- Available to work outside of core business hours when needed to support vendor coordination and project execution
- Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally, to support expansion projects
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Passion for fitness, health, and technology
- Ability to work in person four (4) days per week at the Boston HQ
