The Senior Manager of Business Transformation Communications is a critical leadership role within the Communications organization, responsible for developing and executing communications strategies and tactics for multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with internal and external audiences. This leader will architect, and govern the comprehensive communication strategy, and collaborate across the company and with external partners for execution of thoughtful messaging across stakeholders including customers, employees, partners, and investors. They will also work closely with the change management lead and project team to support rapid adoption, high utilization, and proficiency with the new clinical and operational technology systems and associated business processes. This hands-on communications strategist will report to the Senor Director, Strategic/Executive Communications and work collaboratively across the Communications and Marketing teams to maximize customer and employee readiness, minimize disruption, and amplify key milestones through new and existing channels. You’ll thrive in this role if you like creating, collaborating, and moving between the big-picture and detail-oriented view, and especially if you have experience in large-scale technology or transformation initiatives, ideally within the healthcare industry.
This is a hybrid position based in Secaucus, NJ (3 days per week in office) but remote candidates may be considered.
Responsibilities- Design, execute, and measure a comprehensive communications plan tied to business deliverables and change management frameworks
- Craft and refine compelling executive, internal, and external messaging at various altitudes of detail based on audience, impact, and milestone
- Collaborate deeply across technology, business, commercial, marketing, and communications teams to build and pivot aligned plans and messages that reflect business needs
- Proactively raise ideas, opportunities, and risks to provide leaders, peers, and teams with clear, concise, relevant messages
Required:
- 7 + years of Communications experience within large, complex organizations.
- Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience leading communications initiatives of large scale or scope, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multifaceted communications approaches, channels, and audiences and work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support and influence senior executives.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, etc.) and business transformation processes or large-scale implementations.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) preferred.
- Direct experience with Epic implementation, optimization, or large-scale upgrades.

- Hybrid, based in Secaucus, NJ
Travel Required:
- Domestic travel up to 25%.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Preferred Education:
- Master’s degree in Communications, Business Administration (MBA), or a relevant advanced degree.
