Role Purpose

The Senior Manager – Business Solutions & Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the organization's enterprise applications landscape and driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, business performance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute the organization's Digital Transformation Strategy aligned with business objectives.
  
• Lead enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  
• Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes.
  
• Establish technology governance frameworks to ensure security, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
  
• Drive business process optimization and digital adoption across the organization.
  

Business Solutions & Enterprise Applications

• Lead the management, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications, including ERP platforms, financial systems, workflow solutions, and business-critical applications.
  
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  
• Oversee application lifecycle management, system integrations, upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  
• Ensure optimal application performance, reliability, and user experience.
  

Automation, AI & Innovation

• Lead the implementation of intelligent automation solutions, AI-enabled tools, and digital platforms.
  
• Drive initiatives involving robotic process automation (RPA), analytics, chatbots, decision-support systems, and workflow automation.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation and digital-first thinking across the organization.
  

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business units, executive leadership, vendors, and technology teams.
  
• Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
  
• Manage project priorities, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  
• Communicate technology roadmaps, project updates, and transformation outcomes to senior management.
  

Governance, Risk & Vendor Management

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, IT governance standards, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and external service providers.
  
• Monitor vendor performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality delivery.
  
• Support internal and external audits, risk assessments, and business continuity initiatives.
  

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Business Solutions and Digital Transformation team.
  
• Establish performance objectives and development plans for team members.
  
• Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a continuous improvement culture.
  
• Drive employee engagement and foster innovation within the team.
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
  
• ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certifications
  
• TOGAF
  
• Digital Transformation or Enterprise Architecture Certifications
  

Experience:

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Information Technology, Enterprise Applications, Digital Solutions, or Digital Transformation.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  
• Mandatory experience within Banking, Financial Services, Investment Management, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Management, or related financial institutions.
  
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise application initiatives.
  
• Experience managing ERP systems, enterprise platforms, cloud migration programs, and system integration projects.
  
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and business-technology alignment.
  

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications, ERP platforms, and Digital Business Solutions.
  
• Experience with cloud technologies, system integration, APIs, and digital platforms.
  
• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation, RPA, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies.
  
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Experience managing technology vendors and outsourced service providers.
  
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
