Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Delivery Leadership
Lead a team of 50–75 analysts and data professionals; manage performance, development, and career progression.
Ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate delivery of insights, reports, and dashboards to clients.
Translate business problems into analytical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Client Engagement
Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions and analytical deliverables.
Understand client objectives and proactively suggest solutions that align with their business goals.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions alongside the Director.
Analytics & BI Execution
Oversee execution of projects involving data analysis, visualization, and reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Python/R.
Review and validate analytical outputs to ensure actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Support the Director in identifying opportunities to enhance offerings using new data sources, tools, or techniques.
Operational Excellence
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and issue resolution to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor team productivity and introduce process improvements to drive performance.
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and upskilling initiatives within the analytics team.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data engineering, marketing, strategy) to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide regular updates to the Director and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and client satisfaction.
Support the Director in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational reviews.
Strong experience in Insights, Analytics, and Business Intelligence
Proven ability to manage client-facing analytics projects and deliver business value
Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Python/R
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to clients and internal leadership
Experience managing small to mid-sized teams (25-50 members)
Strong understanding of marketing, customer, or operational analytics depending on industry
