About the role:

The Senior Manager, Business Controlling is a key member of PVH’s EMEA Real Estate team, reporting directly to the SVP, EMEA Real Estate. This role is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the EMEA real estate controlling, strategy, and processes. The Senior Manager will leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, build and create new processes, drive efficiencies, and build out the real estate function. The Senior Manager of Real Estate Controlling will work with regional teams and functional leaders to develop the company's strongest possible Real Estate portfolio. 

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for building the framework for the real estate strategy and process.

  • Lead the implementation of the Real Estate framework with each region.

  • Develop data accuracy, maintain, and champion data analytics and reporting tools to expand the breadth and depth of global real estate in pursuit of improved visibility to management, and support strategic and tactical decision-making.

  • Support brands and regions in setting strategies and goals.

  • Follow-up and securing objectives and Expansion/Real Estate targets are met within EMEA.

  • Oversee progress of key real estate initiatives.

  • Ownership of all real estate tools.

  • Lead the work connected to the real estate committee process.

  • Track decisions and progress connected to the multi-year plan.

  • Train and coach controlling and Real Estate talents in all EMEA hubs.

  • Support the SVP EMEA Real Estate with analysis, forecasts, and business case preparation for CEO, CFO, and Executive Board meetings.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of business strategy and/or controlling experience from planning to proven execution.

  • 4+ years of management consulting for high-performing retail brands preferred.

  • Strong understanding of traditional brick-and-mortar retail environment.

  • Real Estate experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Proven experience working in complex retail environments (preferred multiband and multichannel business).

  • High problem-solving capability.

  • High level of working independently and self-driven capacity.

  • Understanding of EMEA Real Estate landscape.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performance teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

  • Proven track record of process improvement, building operational excellence, and leading organizations through change.

  • Executive presence and ability to efficiently communicate and influence across all levels of an organization.

  • Strong project management, management, interpersonal and organizational skills. 

  • Creative with a strategic mindset along with the ability to turn strategy into a measurable action plan.

  • Must be highly flexible, and able to work with tight deadlines. 

  • Must be a team player with strong leadership skills.

  • Advanced computer software skills including Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
