To do that, we need a Senior Manager who can build and lead the analytical brain of the region. Someone who turns customers behavior and marketing signal into executable growth programs, and who runs a team that spans business analytics, marketing analytics, experimentation and data science.
You will own the “Why” behind our numbers and the “How” of our next chapter of growth.
What you will ownLeadership- Build and develop a squad spanning business analysts, marketing analysts and data scientists.
- Own the hiring bar, the development plans and the culture: commercially minded, experiment-driven, intellectually honest.
- Partner with the GM, Marketing, Product, Pricing and Finance as the analytical voice in the room.
- Drive the analytical rhythm of EU Digital: weekly business reviews, monthly deep dives, and annual planning.
- Identify investments opportunities within products, corridors, segments, and new strategic bets
- Make every euro of acquisition spend measurably more productive across paid, brand, affiliate, CRM and organic.
- Build the CAC, LTV and payback lens by channel, market and segment (when possible) that informs where we lean in and where we pull back.
- Set the bar for how we and tie every experiment to a durable commercial outcome.
- Measure the true incremental impact of promotions net of cannibalization/low quality cohorts.
- Build dynamic 1st time promo model and partner with engineering to put in in production for key market
- Ship applied ML use cases with direct commercial impact: churn, next-best-offer, smarter promo targeting, promo abuse-aware decisioning.
Self-serve and AI driven BI
- Make data a first-class citizen in EU Digital: one set of metrics, trusted dashboards, and answers on demand.
- Reduce ad-hoc load so the team spends its time on analysis, not requests.
- Bake AI into how the team works – SQL, dashboarding, anomaly detection, narrative writing.
