In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns and activations, from concept development through execution and post campaign evaluation. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality work, while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with Disney’s standards. This position plays a key role in how Disney Entertainment Television engages audiences and partners across DTC, streaming, and linear, requiring a strong mix of strategic thinking, creative direction, and collaboration.
This is a Project Hire role anticipated to be for six months.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end execution of brand partnerships, experiential activations, and consumer events, driving strategy, creative development, cross‑functional alignment, and flawless delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Develop and secure high‑value external partnerships, owning outreach, pitching, negotiations, and deal structuring to unlock impactful promotional opportunities and maximize ROI.

Serve as the strategic and creative steward of all public‑facing experiences and collateral, applying a sharp creative eye to shape impactful themes, develop strong partnership hooks, integrate promotional assets, and craft marketing copy that delivers key messages in a memorable, resonant way.
Direct the development process by crafting briefs, guiding internal and external teams (Creative, PR, Social, etc.), and steering concepts that elevate brand presence and align with company priorities and cultural relevance.
Oversee all operational and contractual workflows, including RFP management, SOW and contract development, budget oversight, timeline management, premium production, and risk mitigation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance and on‑time execution.
Serve as the primary relationship lead for key internal and external partners, such as Sales, Franchise, studios, agencies and brand partners, proactively securing placements, aligning strategies, and advancing shared business objectives.
Drive communication and organizational excellence, maintaining transparent updates with leadership, optimizing processes for information sharing and tracking, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Own the creation of polished, high‑impact presentation materials and confidently present them with clarity and enthusiasm to executives, cross‑functional teams, talent, and producers, ensuring all content is compelling and strategically aligned.
Flex across a wide range of responsibilities within each project, including contract development, premium item production, and on‑site brand ambassadorship, ensuring every detail is handled with a team‑first, no-task-too-small mentality.
Translate emerging entertainment, consumer, and experiential trends into actionable insights that spark fresh creative concepts and inform long‑range experiential strategy.
Embrace a production‑driven schedule that often includes significant travel and substantial work on weekends, holidays, and off‑hours, providing consistent support for high‑priority events, launches, and partnership initiatives during peak periods.
