Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Brand Media Partnerships, to lead our efforts in promoting our clients' brands effectively across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the agency space, a deep understanding of third-party publishers, and a knack for strategic campaign execution. This role emphasizes partnership, innovation, and delivering impactful results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic and tactical execution of cross-channel campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and maximum exposure for client brands.
  • Oversee the operations of Media campaigns, including bid management, optimization, and performance analysis across Display, Video, CTV, and various other media channels.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing strategy updates and campaign performance insights through regular calls and emails.
  • Manage and mentor a team of media professionals, deploying resources effectively to maximize individual potential and client impact.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, recommend budget adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to ensure campaign success.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, implementing initiatives to achieve client goals and drive campaign success.
  • Contribute to and lead high-impact projects that drive innovation and results for clients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with client contacts and media partners, fostering collaboration and partnership.
  • Act as the key point of contact for platform representatives, spearheading innovation, testing, learning roadmaps, and measurement plans.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of progressive experience working in digital media
  • Experience leading client relationships and communicating with client executives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business and financial principles
  • Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from clients, team members, and stakeholders.
