Job Description

Brand & Audience Growth

  • Develop and execute WRC’s global marketing strategy, driving brand growth and audience engagement
  • Lead and inspire integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact across digital, social and traditional platforms
  • Work closely with commercial and content teams to align marketing initiatives with sponsorships, partnerships and revenue objectives
  • Ensure consistent storytelling and brand presence across all channels
  • Use data and creative insights to optimise campaigns and drive performance indicators
  • Identify new trends in digital, fan engagement and sports entertainment

Sales Development & Marketing Value Enablement

  • Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Commercial/Sales
  • Create high-impact pitch decks, presentations and value propositions for sponsors and broadcasters
  • Support Sales teams in partner meetings and pitches with immersive narratives paired with KPIs, measurable sales propositions and sales modules
  • Translate brand strategy into commercially convincing arguments that help partners understand the value of WRC and the value transfer they obtain
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing within sports, entertainment, events, or media
  • Proven ability to build and execute impactful marketing strategies
  • Strong background in sports marketing
  • Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills
  • Experience working closely with Sales/Commercial teams on pitches and partner communication
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles within sports, events, entertainment, or media industries.
  • Proven ability to build and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth and audience engagement.
  • Strong expertise in sponsorship marketing, partner activations, and commercial collaborations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, brand messaging, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
