Overview

The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing is a strategic storyteller, responsible for bringing the vineyard vines lifestyle to life through integrated brand campaigns and omni-channel storytelling across key seasonal moments. This role leads the strategy and execution of initiatives that feel authentic, creating meaningful connections with customers wherever they engage with the brand.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Senior Manager collaborates across PR, Social, Creative, Merchandising, Influencer, Paid Media, and Retail teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns with consistency, cultural relevance, and a strong sense of hospitality. Operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, this role helps shape brand direction, makes confident decisions that drive impact at scale, manages resources and budgets as needed, and influences senior stakeholders to ensure the brand shows up with optimism and elevation across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of seasonal brand campaigns, from initial brief through launch, applying a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing across all relevant channels

  • Own the strategic briefing process in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and creative agency partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a strong creative foundation

  • Develop and manage integrated rollout calendars that align messaging, asset delivery, and go-to-market timing across channels

  • Establish clear, effective ways of working with external agencies, defining processes for creative development, execution, and cross-functional collaboration

Marketing Events & Brand Activations

  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative Marketing partners to ideate and deliver engaging activations that bring seasonal and product stories to life while driving customer retention, acquisition, and brand heat

  • Develop leadership-ready presentations that clearly articulate activation concepts, execution plans, and expected impact against business and product priorities

Influencer & Social Integration

  • Partner with the Social team to align campaign storytelling, talent strategy, and content phasing across social platforms

  • Ensure influencer and social content is seamlessly integrated into broader brand campaigns, delivering cohesive storytelling across channels

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with the Senior Director, Brand Marketing to act as a connective lead across cross-functional teams, ensuring aligned strategy and flawless execution

  • Build and present compelling narratives to senior and executive leadership, communicating campaign strategy, creative direction, and performance outcomes

Reporting, Optimization & Budget Management

  • Partner with Analytics and key business leads to assess campaign effectiveness using performance data and brand health tracking
    Define and refine KPIs to measure brand impact and commercial results
    Independently manage campaign budgets when applicable, including allocation, optimization, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with business priorities

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, ideally in a retail or CPG environment

  • A seasoned brand marketer with a proven track record of leading integrated campaigns and cross-functional teams.

  • Deeply passionate about product storytelling, customer experience, and cultural relevance.

  • A strategic thinker who can connect the dots between data, insights, and creative execution.

  • Adept at influencing across functions and levels with strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Experienced in managing budgets and making independent decisions that drive business impact.

  • Skilled in using marketing tools and platforms to drive efficiency and collaboration.
