Who are we hiring?
The Senior Manager, Brand Events & Experiences will lead the day-to-day planning and execution of high-profile brand events, show takeovers, and premium hospitality experiences at Sphere Las Vegas. Reporting to the Vice President, Brand Events, this role will coordinate clients, agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver assigned events in alignment with contractual, financial, creative, operational, and brand standards. The ideal candidate is an organized, execution-focused leader with strong client presence, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex live-event environments.
What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for assigned events and workstreams, from internal handoff through on-site delivery, reconciliation, and final wrap-up.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational lead and primary contact for clients, agencies, production partners, and vendors, translating client objectives into executable plans within Sphere’s capabilities and standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, workstream tracking, production and venue requirements, staffing, ticketing, hospitality, and contingency planning.
- Drive cross-functional planning and accountability across Sales, Content, Venue Production, Operations, Food & Beverage, Ticketing, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, Guest Services, and other stakeholders.
- Lead planning meetings, site visits, production reviews, and on-site execution, establishing clear ownership, managing risks, and serving as a senior decision-maker throughout the event lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate event documentation and centralized project tracking, ensuring timeline alignment, data integrity, stakeholder visibility, and timely executive updates or escalations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor costs, manage scope changes, identify incremental revenue opportunities, and support reconciliation and final settlement.
- Implement and uphold the Event Playbook, standard operating procedures, planning tools, and quality standards, while leading post-event debriefs and recommending process improvements.
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, support the Vice President, Brand Events, and provide senior-level operational coverage as needed.
What do you need to succeed?
- 7+ years of progressive experience in large-scale event operations, experiential production, venue management, live entertainment, sports, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven success independently managing complex, high-profile events from planning through execution and reconciliation.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, senior executives, agencies, production partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of live-event production including venue operations, hospitality, ticketing,food & beverage, and guest experience.
- Exceptional project-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, budgets, workstreams, and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, establish accountability, implement operational processes, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-management platform. Airtable experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience.

- The role is based in Las Vegas and must be able to work on-site.
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event schedules.
- Minimal travel may be required based on business needs.
