The Role

This position will be under bancassurance team in supporting our bank partner in achieving business target. Develop and execute the bancassurance product strategy and product life cycle maintenance in alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Applicants should have relevant experience in bancassurance and be fluent in both Chinese and English.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discussions with bank partners in product plan and product to be launched, including life insurance, health insurance, and other related products for banks.

  • Responsible for end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful rollout in bancassurance;

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and profitability, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve performance;

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in bancassurance products and processes to enhance customer experience and competitiveness;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurance partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders to support product development and delivery;

  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for the delivery any product related matters to support a continuously growing bancassurance business;

  • Support the delivery of ad-hoc assignments or projects

Required Qualifications:

  • University graduate, preferably in business related discipline.

  • At least 7 years of working experience in relevant fields, preferably in insurance/banking/ financial services sector.

  • Experience in product development or product strategy in partnership distribution is a definite advantage

  • Good knowledge of bancassurance operations and insurance products

  • Good team player, willing to accept challenge and work under tight timeline

  • Good analytical and numeric skills and strong business sense

  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
