What you'll be doing...
The Senior Manager’s top priority is to ensure efficient and accurate audit practices across multiple offices while also establishing and encouraging a collaborative team environment. Oversee and ensure the effective operations and performance of our audit teams to
- Lead a team of managers and supervisors that support 50+ associates
- Instill a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability
- Manage escalated and difficult/sensitive audit cases
- Demonstrate highly effective communication, initiative and problem solving
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders cross functionally
- Proactively analyze and prepare statistically backed plans to ensure staffing levels and workflow
Who you are...
- Educated. Bachelor’s Degree required
- Expert. Audit experience in business operations required; financial accounting is desired
- Leader. 5+ years’ experience leading, developing, and motivating teams
- Communicator. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Experienced. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex business problems
- Traveler. Ability to frequently travel between offices to support operations

If hired, you can expect...
- Starting salary range of $10,544- $14,266 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
