The opportunity:
- We are seeking experienced and motivated senior team members to join our Deal Strategy team. As a team member, you will lead client engagements and provide strategic advisory services, with a focus on value creation, and post-deal integration and separation. You will work with senior executives and management teams to help them achieve their business objectives and drive growth and profitability.
- We are looking for candidates at Senior Manager or Associate Director level, with a relevant tertiary qualification and 5+ years working experience, who bring strategic, commercial and operational skills to a deal environment. You are likely to have some prior experience of Strategic Transformation or Integration & Separation projects from a Consulting or Corporate environment and will have a desire to build your skills and experience to become a trusted advisor in this space. We will support your development and give you access to exciting opportunities and experiences.
Day to day you will:
- Take a leading role in client engagements and oversee project teams
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to senior executives and management teams
- Mentor, coach and lead others, providing guidance on project delivery and professional development
- Conduct strategic assessments and market analysis, and identify growth opportunities
- Define value creation opportunities that align with clients’ business objectives, increase revenue, reduce costs, and optimize operations
- Advise on the development of business models, e.g., through M&A and product/service improvements
