  • Translate and adapt global or regional marketing assets for the French market, ensuring cultural, linguistic, and behavioral resonance.

  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with key local partners, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact consumer experiences.

  • Partner with internal teams across IMX, Creative, Media, and Franchise Operations to integrate live experiences and sponsorships into broader marketing plans.

  • Coordinate contractual and operational aspects of partnerships to ensure compliance, efficiency, and value delivery.

  • Oversee planning and execution of on‑site activations at key events, ensuring seamless delivery and positive consumer engagement.

  • Monitor and report on asset performance, leveraging insights and data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate strong return on investment.

  • Ensure all activations reflect brand standards and contribute to our overall growth objectives in France.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sports marketing, event management, or entertainment partnerships within the French market.

  • Strong understanding of consumer engagement trends, cultural insights, and passion‑point marketing in France.

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and measuring ROI in sponsorship or experiential programs.

  • Digital and social media fluency, with exposure to influencer partnership activation and data-driven decision-making.

  • AI awareness and openness to leveraging emerging technologies in marketing solutions.

  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

  • Professional proficiency in French and English, with superior written and verbal communication abilities.

What We’ll Do for You

  • Provide opportunities to deliver unique consumer experiences that strengthen Coca‑Cola brands in one of our most dynamic markets.

  • Enable collaboration with global and regional marketing teams to bring breakthrough ideas to life locally.

  • Offer access to advanced tools, insights, and capability-building programs to accelerate your marketing expertise.
