The Senior Manager - Endpoint Architecture, Digital Experience, Security & Quality Engineering is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise vision for Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Endpoint Security, and Quality Engineering. This role combines architecture leadership, engineering excellence, and operational governance to deliver secure, scalable, highly automated, and cloud-first endpoint ecosystems that enhance employee productivity and business outcomes.
The incumbent will lead global engineering teams, drive modernization initiatives, establish enterprise standards, and partner closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and continuously optimized services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Endpoint Architecture & Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
- Define and lead enterprise endpoint management architecture and roadmap across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and virtual endpoints
- Provide strategic oversight for platforms including Microsoft Intune, MECM/ConfigMgr, Workspace ONE
- Drive adoption of modern endpoint management, cloud-native administration, and zero-touch provisioning capabilities
- Establish enterprise standards for endpoint lifecycle management, compliance, patching, application delivery, and device governance
- Lead platform modernization initiatives to improve scalability, security, and operational efficiency
- Policy, Governance & Configuration Management
- Establish governance frameworks for MDM/MAM policies, compliance controls, configuration baselines, and endpoint security standards
- Lead policy standardization across endpoint platforms, ensuring operational consistency and risk reduction
- Drive architecture decisions related to endpoint access management, encryption, application control, and device lifecycle governance
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security, audit, and compliance objectives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Microsoft Intune/Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware Workspace ONE, JAMF, ITIL, or equivalent technologies
- Experience with AI-powered DEX, self-healing automation, and predictive analytics platforms
- Proven expertise in Zero Trust architecture, cloud-native engineering, and enterprise security modernization
- Proven exposure to SRE, observability platforms, and advanced automation architectures

Skills Required
